The Quepo Private Foundation hereinafter (" Quepo"), is a private, non-governmental, and non-profit, with a registered address in Barcelona, calle Llibertat, 47, first floor, and registered with the Culture Ministry for the Foundations Registry under the number 809 and CIF G-64564057.
Quepo is responsible for the automated personal data file registered with the Data Protection Agency for the Quepo's administrative, statistical and information use.
Personal data will only be required for online services such as the crow funding contributions under the user's name, first and second last name, address, country, e-mail and NIF. The user's bank data is transmitted under secure connections through PAYPAL service.
Quepo will not sell transfer or lease user's data.
The only instance in which information is transferred to another entity is during the verification process of the amount to be withdrawn and deposited into the bank account, and sent to the holder's bank account, through the Triodos Bank security system.
Users who wish to exercise their rights as to access, modify, object to processing, and delete can do so via a signed, written request sent to: Fundación Quepo, calle Llibertat, 47, bajos 08012 Barcelona (Spain), or via email to the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
If a minor user provides us with their personal data, their guardian can request the modification or deletion of the data.
Quepo has adopted sophisticated technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, processing and unauthorized access, based on the state of technology, the data nature stored and the security risks to which it is exposed to. These measures have been designed following the provisions set out in the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 994/1999 of June 11, Security Measures Regulations for Automated Databases.
Cookies offer users optimum service and customized browsing through the different screens and web pages. The cookies used are stored on the user’s hard drive but they cannot be read by any other data or cookies from other providers. They are therefore used for the sole purpose of collecting anonymous access data (date, hour, minute, frequency etc.), in order to analyze traffic data and website hits.
